Carlos Ramos is currently employed as an Engineer at Trinity River Authority of Texas, overseeing capital improvement projects for various water and wastewater facilities. Prior to their current role, Carlos worked as a Construction Project Manager at the University of North Texas and a Project Manager / Safety Officer at Toledo Engineering, LLC. Carlos also served as a Civil Engineer Consultant at CRM Consulting, a Resident Engineer at Iglesias-Vazquez & Associates, and a Resident Engineer at ENTECH Design and Project Management. With a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, Carlos has a strong background in construction management and inspection.
