Matthew Jalbert has extensive experience in civil engineering, with a focus on planning, design, and construction administration. Since January 2015, Matthew has held various leadership roles at the Trinity River Authority of Texas, including Executive Manager of the Northern Region and Manager of Engineering Services. Prior experience includes project management at Kennedy/Jenks Consultants and Freese and Nichols, and work as a Graduate Engineer at Halff Associates. Matthew's engineering expertise encompasses stormwater management, FEMA map updates, storm drain design, dam design, and hydraulic analysis using HEC-RAS and HEC-HMS. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
