Charlie Hetzel is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Trinity Road, where they integrate functional departments and lead innovation efforts while also directing TRIO Labs, the company's business venture incubator. Before this, Charlie served in the US Navy as an FA-18E pilot from 2012 to 2022, participating in operations such as Operation Inherent Resolve and working in DoD Acquisitions.
