Reginald Haley FMP, SFP has a strong background in operations and facilities management. Reginald served as the Director of Operations at Trinity School starting in 2012. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Facilities Management at Holy Spirit Preparatory School from 2004 to 2012. Before entering the education sector, Reginald worked as a Service Manager at Mid Pen Housing from 2002 to 2004 and as an Evening Property Manager at Cambridge Management from 1998 to 2004.

Reginald Haley FMP, SFP has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Additionally, they hold an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Southern New Hampshire University. Reginald has also obtained the Facility Management Professional (FMP) certification from the International Facility Management Association and the FMP, SFP certification from IFMA. Furthermore, they have acquired various additional certifications including Autodesk AutoCAD User Certification from Chattahoochee Technical College, CPR/AED/First Aid from the American Red Cross, Crisis Management from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, EPA Section 608 Certification - Refrigerant Handling from Evergreen Valley College, and has also participated in the FBI Citizens Academy offered by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
