Terra Ylizarde

Terra Ylizarde, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished Human Resource professional currently serving as Human Resource Manager at the Trinity School of Durham and Chapel Hill since July 2022 and as Human Resource Manager II in the Office of the Provost at Duke University since June 2021. With a background that includes significant leadership roles, such as Human Resource Director for Duke University's Talent Identification Program and Human Resource Manager at Duke University Press, Terra has extensive experience in HR processes, talent acquisition, employee relations, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and strategic partnerships. Terra holds an MBA in International Business and a Bachelor's degree in Management Science and Marketing from St. Bonaventure University.
