Laura Lepire

Laura Lepire has over 17 years of experience in church ministry, currently serving as the Small Groups Minister at Saddleback Church since October 2015. In this role, Laura manages communication and support for over 300 small group hosts and leads a team of volunteers to enhance the small group ministry for more than 6,000 participants. Prior experience includes various leadership positions at Calvary Church of Santa Ana, such as Director of LifeGroups and Director of Connections. Laura holds a Master of Arts in New Testament from Talbot School of Theology and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, English, and Education from Oregon State University.
