PmpⓇ Fred Andrews

Fred Andrews, PMPⓇ, has extensive experience in IT management and consulting. Fred served as the Director of Support Systems at Trinity Services Group, where they implemented Service Now to improve resolution times and led the overhaul of the client on-boarding process. Fred also worked as the Director of Administration at PMI Tampa Bay. Prior to that, they were an IT Consultant and Technology Operations Manager at IPM, specializing in designing and implementing solutions to support personal work styles and corporate policies. Before IPM, Fred spent several years at Tiffany & Co., where they held various roles including Group Director of IT Services and Operations, Director of IT Services Operations, Manager of Global Deployment, and Project Leader of Global Deployment and Support. In these positions, they managed large teams and oversaw global infrastructure upgrades, software distribution strategies, and support for retail locations.

Fred Andrews, PMPⓇ, began their education at Seton Hall University, where they attended from 1988 to 1992. Fred earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance during this time.

After a significant gap in their educational pursuits, Fred Andrews returned to school in 2013 and completed their studies in 2015 at Villanova University. While the specific degree obtained during this time is not mentioned, Fred focused on Lean Six Sigma, specifically earning certifications in Green, Lean, Black, and Master Belts.
