Glyn Norman

Glyn Norman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in church leadership and organizational management. Currently serving as Associate Pastor and Chief Operating Officer at Trinity United Presbyterian Church in Santa Ana, Glyn has been instrumental in strategy, missions, operations, HR, and finance since September 2020. Prior roles include Lead Consultant at Best Self Consulting, where Glyn focused on measuring and managing individual and team performance, and Associate Team Leader at H&R Block, overseeing a tax office. Glyn's background also features significant contributions as Lead Pastor at Central Christian Church, where a strategic campaign increased attendance and giving, alongside various leadership roles in other churches and educational positions as an adjunct professor. Glyn holds a Master’s degree in Theology from Middlesex University and several HR-related certifications.
