Frances Frey

Frances Frey currently serves as the Executive Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness at Trinity University, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this, Frances held roles including Director of Research and Senior Research Analyst at Enrollment Research Associates from January 2018 to September 2022. Frances has extensive experience in institutional research, having served as Director of Institutional Research at Our Lady of the Lake University and Northeast Lakeview College, where responsibilities included producing critical statistical data and supporting strategic decision-making. Previously, Frances worked as Research Director at Pearson and Harcourt Assessment, focusing on test design and data analysis. An academic background includes a Master's Degree (ABD for PhD) in Social Psychology from Boston College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and French from Scripps College.
