Pierre Duran

Pierre Duran is an experienced investment professional specializing in private markets and real estate investments. Currently serving as Investment Manager for Private Investments at Trinity University since May 2025, Pierre oversees a global portfolio that includes Private Equity, Growth Equity, and other investment strategies. Prior experience includes roles such as Associate Principal at the Teacher Retirement System of Texas, where Pierre was responsible for global private equity fund commitments, and Vice President at Amherst Holdings, managing a significant real estate portfolio. Pierre co-founded Durango Capital Partners, focusing on opportunistic investments, and has held positions at KKR & Co. Inc. and Allstate, managing substantial portfolios. Pierre holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from UCF College of Business.
