Charles Brower is the Chief Marketing Officer at Trinity Consultants and is responsible for Marketing and Communications strategy including brand management, reputation management, market research, advertising and public relations, communications strategy, digital campaign management, event management, lead generation and revenue growth.

Prior to Trinity, Charles was the Global Marketing leader for Concentrix Catalyst (formerly Tigerspike) where he focused on growth of Customer Experience Consulting solutions across experience design, engineering and managed service offerings. His team supported the group’s brand awareness and positioning, reputation with analysts and the press, the development of new solutions for client challenges, development of thought leadership, execution of integrated marketing campaigns and optimization of website and social channels leading to a dramatic increase in the sales pipeline and YOY revenue growth of 25%.

Prior to Concentrix, Charles was based in New York City where he led marketing at Cognizant for two BU’s; Digital Systems & Technology, where he focused on Applications Engineering, Infrastructure, Quality Assurance and Security marketing, and Cognizant Consulting, where he led marketing for industry and technology-based Consulting solutions. Charles also led global marketing for KPMG Advisory Consulting and was the Los Angeles based marketing lead for Deloitte’s Solutions Consulting group in the US.

Charles is a graduate of Southern Methodist University where he earned his BA in Psychology and worked on his Masters in Organizational Psychology. He is a past board member of the Los Angeles Museum of Contemporary Art/Contemporaries, has been a guest speaker at the University of Southern California Annenberg School and is a graduate of Skip Barber Racing school. He currently serves as VP of Development on the board of Preservation Dallas and resides in Dallas with his wife, Wendy.
