Selma Dillsi

Selma Dillsi currently serves as a Senior Moderator at Trinity Life Sciences, a position held since 2024. Prior to this role, Selma worked at ThinkGen from November 2018 to September 2024, progressing from Senior Research Director to Research Director. At Health Perspectives Group, Selma occupied multiple positions from September 2014 to November 2018, including Director, Group Lead, and Account Director in Client Services for Patient Health Perspectives. Previous experience includes serving as a Community Advocate for The Northwest Network of Bi, Trans, Lesbian and Gay Survivors of Abuse from 2012 to 2014 and as a Producer and Trainer at Revelry Media & Methods from 2009 to 2014. Selma also worked as a Behavioral Modification Counselor and Information Specialist at Fred Hutch from 2011 to 2012 and as Research Staff at the University of Washington's Social Development Research Group from 2010 to 2011. Selma holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Community-Centered Integrative Practice from the University of Washington.
