Carlos Hernandez is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in design and project management across various companies. Currently serving as a Design Engineer at TrinityRail since March 2022, Carlos previously held the position of Engineering Project Manager at Arcosa Inc., where effective organization and leadership of inter-departmental teams resulted in a customer scorecard grade of over 95% and minimal warranty claims. Carlos's experience at Trinity Industries included roles as Liaison Engineering Manager, where a focus on training and decentralizing decision-making improved production support, and as Mechanical Engineer, where significant reductions in production drawing release times and defects were achieved.
