Jamie Persino

Jamie Persino, GISP, currently serves as the Digital Customer Success Manager at Trinnex since January 2023, focusing on SaaS delivery and customer support. Prior roles include serving as a Sr. Support Specialist, Director of Customer Success, and Implementation Services Leader at Sedaru from June 2014 to November 2022. As a freelance GIS Consultant from January 2010 to June 2014, Jamie developed a Sanitary Sewer GIS for Summit Township, enhancing the customer database and training staff in GIS and GPS usage. Jamie also held the position of GIS Manager at Erie Water Works from November 2007 to June 2014, where GIS implementation and data flow efficiency were key contributions. Jamie's early career included roles as a GIS Specialist at ms consultants, inc. and Planner III/GIS Specialist at the Trumbull County Planning Commission, where significant achievements included securing a grant for urban revitalization. Jamie holds a BA in Geography from Youngstown State University.
