Jeroen van der Laan is a seasoned professional in climate change and sustainable finance, currently serving as Senior Manager and Cluster Lead at Trinomics since October 2012. With extensive experience in sustainability strategies, Monitoring, Reporting and Verification (MRV) frameworks, and climate mitigation policies, Jeroen provides strategic advice to public and semi-public clients. Prior to this role, Jeroen held various positions at ECORYS, including Consultant and Junior Consultant in the Energy & Environment unit, and participated in the International Talent Programme. Jeroen has also worked as a Research Fellow at the Rotterdam School of Management and contributed to consultancy projects in Turkey. Jeroen holds dual MSc and BSc degrees from Erasmus University Rotterdam, specializing in International Economics & Business Studies and Economics.
