Joe Pilsbury

Joe Pilsbury has over 20 years of work experience in various sales and engineering roles. Joe currently serves as the Director of Sales - New England at TriNova, Inc., where they have been working since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Field Sales Engineer at TriNova from January 2018 to July 2021.

Before joining TriNova, Joe worked at POND Technical Sales from August 2003 to January 2018. During their tenure at POND, they held the positions of Field Sales Manager and Senior Account Manager; Flow and Analytical Products Leader. At POND, Joe provided consultative sales and support for process instrumentation in various industries including life sciences, energy, pulp and paper, specialty chemical, municipal water, and wastewater markets.

Joe's career started at Valmet in June 2000, where they worked as a Process Engineer. At Valmet, Joe was responsible for executing traditional engineering duties during the design phase of production machines for paper towel, tissue, and non-woven fabrics. Joe'sprimary focus was on thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics.

Joe's early career also included a role as a Proposal Engineer in the Fired Heaters Division at Foster Wheeler in 1999.

Joe Pilsbury started their education journey in 1990 when they graduated from Winslow High School. Joe then attended Maine Maritime Academy from 1994 to 1995, where they pursued marine systems engineering. Following that, Joe joined Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1995 and completed their Bachelor's of Science degree in Chemical Engineering in 1999.
