Andre Hugentobler

Andre Hugentobler has extensive work experience in the chemical industry. Andre began their career at The Dow Chemical Company as a Technical Service and Development Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Account Manager. In 2009, they joined Styron Australia Pty Ltd as a Technical Sales Representative ANZ, and eventually became the Market Development Manager APAC. In 2011, they moved to Styron as the Global Commercial Manager and also served as the Global Market and Application Development Leader. Andre briefly worked as a Director at Styron Australia Pty Ltd before joining Styron Europe GmbH as the Global Technical and Business Development Manager. Currently, they are working at Trinseo, where they have held various roles including Commercial Leader EMEA / Global Industry Development Leader, Global Innovation Director CASE, and Global Technology & Innovation Director. Andre is currently serving as the Vice President of New Business Development, Technology & Innovation at Trinseo.

Andre Hugentobler completed their Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from ETH Zürich, from 1997 to 2002. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued an MBA(Executive) with a specialization in Business from AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
