Carl Minderman

Carl Minderman, CPA, currently serves as Senior Manager of SEC Reporting, Technical Accounting & Policies at Trinseo since March 2022, after progressing from Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes Associate Manager at The Siegfried Group from April 2018 to March 2022 and Senior Auditor at EY from September 2014 to March 2018. Carl Minderman began a career in accounting with an internship at Competitive Power Ventures, Inc. in 2012 and also worked as a Sales Specialist at REI from 2007 to 2011. Academically, Carl Minderman holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both from the University of Maryland, completed between 2011 and 2014.
