Dan McFadden

Dan McFadden has extensive work experience in the accounting and auditing field. Dan began their career at PwC in 2007, where they worked as a Manager of Assurance. During their time at PwC, they gained experience in auditing and financial reporting across various industries. Dan demonstrated leadership skills by supervising and coaching a team of employees and actively contributing to people development and diversity committees. In 2013, they joined Trinseo, where they held various roles including Chief Audit Executive, Assistant Controller, and Corporate Accounting and Reporting Director. Dan'sresponsibilities included overseeing internal controls, SEC reporting, technical accounting, and managing project economics. Throughout their career, Dan has shown a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and risk assessment.
