Drs. Bregje Roseboom-van Kessel

Dr. Bregje Roseboom-Van Kessel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Drs. Bregje began their career as a Management Trainee at ORMIT, where they gained valuable skills and experience. Drs. Bregje then worked as a Project Leader at Robeco before joining DSM as a Sales Staff member.

In 2002, Dr. Roseboom-Van Kessel joined Unilever Asia Private Limited, where they held various finance positions, including Finance Manager in different sectors such as Homecare & Oral AA, SC Skin & Deo's Asia AMET, and as a Management Accountant in UFHRI.

In 2011, they transitioned to Unilever Food Solutions as a Manager in Category Supply Chain Finance & Brand Development Finance before becoming a Senior Finance Manager for Marketing & Sales. In this role, Dr. Roseboom-Van Kessel was responsible for the daily operations of Food Solutions, providing critical decision support to senior management.

In 2013, they joined Mondelēz International as an Associate Director in Category Finance & Manufacturing Finance for Gum & Candy. Drs. Bregje was later promoted to Associate Director FP&A Coffee & Tassimo Controller for Europe.

Dr. Roseboom-Van Kessel then moved to Trinseo in 2018, where they initially served as a Global Finance Director. Drs. Bregje then progressed to Director of Global Business Finance before assuming the role of Senior Director of Global Business Finance. In these roles, they provided financial and strategic support to various business segments within the company.

In 2022, Dr. Roseboom-Van Kessel became a Senior Vice President, overseeing Base Plastics and eventually ascending to their current position as SVP of Plastics Solutions, Polystyrene & Styrene. Drs. Bregje is responsible for all commercial activities within these areas, demonstrating strong leadership and financial acumen.

Throughout their career, Dr. Roseboom-Van Kessel has consistently showcased their ability to take on increasing levels of responsibility and deliver impactful results.

Dr. Bregje Roseboom-Van Kessel's education history includes the following:

- From 2018 to 2019, Dr. Roseboom-Van Kessel attended CIMA and obtained a degree in ACMA, CGMA. Their field of study was Accounting and Business/Management.

- From 2008 to 2010, they attended Amsterdam / Maastricht Business School - Boston Suffolk University - Shanghai School of Management and obtained a degree in Registered Controller/Finance MBA. Their field of study was International Executive Master Finance and Control.
