Kathy Murphy

Kathy Murphy has extensive experience in customer service and business operations, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Trinseo since September 2018. Prior to this role, Kathy worked at The Dow Chemical Company for nearly 15 years, holding various positions including Lead Customer Service Specialist, Business Contract Administrator, and Project Specialist for Customer Service. In these roles, Kathy managed customer orders, oversaw significant exchange deals, and optimized order management processes using Six Sigma methodologies. Kathy holds a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from Northwood University.
