Manfred Corijn

Manfred Corijn is a seasoned Maintenance & Reliability Engineer with extensive experience spanning over three decades in the chemical and manufacturing industries. Currently employed at Trinseo since June 2022, Manfred is responsible for providing technical support related to maintenance, operations, and plant improvements. Previous roles include Maintenance Engineer and Assistant Maintenance Manager positions at Synthomer and Eastman, where Manfred developed and optimized preventive maintenance concepts. Prior to that, Manfred held various engineering and managerial positions at Hexion Inc., AkzoNobel, and The Dow Chemical Company, focusing on reliability management, technical support, and maintenance process optimization. Manfred holds Bachelor's degrees in Maintenance & Management and Mechanical Engineering from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, complemented by a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from MTS/ROC Terneuzen.
