Yubin Kim

Yubin Kim is an experienced HR & TA Specialist currently working at Trinseo since August 2023. Previously, Yubin served as a People Services Specialist at AkzoNobel from July 2016 to July 2023, overseeing the full employee life cycle and managing HR procedures, payroll, and benefits for AkzoNobel Korea. Yubin also held the role of HR Advisor for AkzoNobel Powder Coatings Korea, where responsibilities included supporting HR operations and managing payroll. Earlier experience includes working as an HR Administrator at National Oilwell Varco Korea from April 2014 to July 2016, handling payroll execution and maintaining HR data. Yubin holds a BSc in International Business from the University of Birmingham and a Diploma in Business Management Studies from the Singapore Institute of Management.
