Kim Carlo Lumbre

Kim Carlo Lumbre is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in technical support and operations. Currently serving as an MSP IT Support Specialist at Trinsic Technologies Inc. since July 2023, Kim has previously held roles at SolarWinds as a Technical Support Intermediate from March 2021 to July 2023, and at PCCW GLOBAL Limited from January 2016 to March 2021 across Console Connect and UcaaS Operations. Prior experience includes working as a Technical Support Specialist at Sykes Philippines between September 2013 and January 2016.
