Jim Fischer has over 20 years of work experience. Jim started their career at Thomson Reuters in 1999, where they worked as a Manager of ONESOURCE Support until 2015. During this time, they managed a global team of over 150 Support Professionals and led the development and deployment of a new Customer Self-Service site and CRM for the Support teams across Tax and Accounting.
In 2015, Jim Fischer was promoted to Senior Manager of ONESOURCE Support and continued in this role until 2017. In this position, they continued to oversee Support Operations and played a key role in the development and deployment of new customer service initiatives.
In 2017, Jim Fischer joined Trintech as the Director of Support and Dataflow Services. Jim held this position until 2020 when they were promoted to Vice President of the same department, where they currently work.
Jim Fischer attended Texas Tech University from 1977 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance.
