Shonda Laures has extensive experience in administrative and cultural management roles, currently serving as the Executive Assistant and Culture Manager at MYCON General Contractors, Inc. since September 2019. In this position, Shonda has successfully expanded responsibilities to include developing an onboarding program that enhances communication for new hires throughout their first year. Prior to this, Shonda worked as an Executive/Legal Assistant at Hunter & Kramer, PC from August 2011 to August 2019, where the management of confidential information and the preparation of numerous legal documents showcased a strong commitment to detail and efficiency in a high-pressure environment. Shonda holds a Bachelor's of Science in Communication and Design from Stephen F. Austin State University.
