Richard Knapp possesses extensive experience in food service management, currently serving as the Food Service Director and Volunteer Preceptor at TRIO Community Meals since October 2016. In addition, Richard has been a volunteer with UR Medicine Home Care since April 2016. Previously, Richard held the position of Director of Food & Nutrition Services at the American Red Cross, Greater Rochester Chapter from 2013 to September 2016, and served as Assistant Director at the same organization from 2002 to March 2013. Richard holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from St. John Fisher University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Food Service Administration from Monroe Community College.
