Joel Murphy

Joel Murphy has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Joel is currently the Sales Director at Trioptics USA, starting in August 2019. Prior to this, they worked at JENOPTIK Optical Systems for nearly a decade. At JENOPTIK, they held the positions of Director of Business Development, Defense from August 2018 to August 2019, and Business Development Manager - Defense from September 2010 to August 2019. Before JENOPTIK, they worked as an Account Manager - Optics at Novotech, Inc. in 2010. Joel also served as a Sales Engineer/Program Manager at Janos Technology LLC. from April 2005 to January 2010. Earlier in their career, they were a Master Planner / Material Planner at Omega Optical from August 2000 to April 2005 and an Operations Supervisor at New Chapter from January 1990 to February 1997.

Joel Murphy earned an Associate of Science degree in Small Business Management from the Community College of Vermont in 1996. Later, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Franklin Pierce University in 2015.
