Shima Abasnejad

Shima Abasnejad is the Clinic Owner of Honar Medical Center, a newly established family practice in Richmond Hill, since May 2022. Concurrently, Shima serves as a College Professor for Healthcare programs at triOS College, focusing on healthcare leadership for postgraduate and international students, starting in March 2021. Previous experience includes roles such as Office/Finance Manager at Sports Med Specialist from November 2014 to April 2019, and Clinic Manager at Physioworx Physiotherapy Clinic from September 2010 to April 2015, where responsibilities included managing appointments, billing, and coordination of healthcare professionals. Additionally, Shima worked as an MOA Instructor at Everest College from June 2013 to October 2014, teaching medical office procedures. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Management from Everest University-South Orlando and various diplomas in Business Management and Medical Office Administration from Stratford College and George Brown College.
