Rochelle Peyrac-Coughlan

Rochelle Peyrac-Coughlan, MBA, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people and culture management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at TripADeal since August 2021, Rochelle plays a pivotal role in aligning the organization with Qantas governance and overseeing cultural initiatives following its acquisition by Qantas Group. Prior to this position, Rochelle held several key roles, including Human Resources Manager at Health First Group, Human Resources Business Partner at VetPartners and Unitec Institute of Technology, and various HR positions at SKYCITY Entertainment Group and The Star Entertainment Group. Rochelle holds a Master of Business Administration from Griffith University, as well as certifications in Work Health and Safety and Rehabilitation Coordination.
