Hilary Gosselin

Hilary Gosselin has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Hilary began their career at The Hanover Insurance Group in 2006, serving as an HR Business Partner until 2010. Hilary then joined Genzyme, a sanofi company, where they held various roles including Human Resources Business Partner Consultant, Associate Director of Human Resources, and Program Manager for HR Global Programs. In 2016, Hilary joined Tripadvisor as a Human Resources Director and eventually became the Senior HR Director. Their responsibilities at Tripadvisor included overseeing HR operations on the West Coast and leading initiatives in Learning and Organization Development. In 2021, they took on the role of Senior HR Director and Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer. Hilary's work experience showcases their expertise in HR strategy, business partnership, and program management.

Hilary Gosselin completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University in 2017. Prior to that, from 1989 to 1994, they obtained their Bachelor's degree (BA) in English from Purdue University.
