Kate Viljoen

Kate Viljoen is a Head of People at Tripco with previous experience in people operations at OfferZen. Prior to that, Kate held roles as a Talent Advisor at OfferZen and as an Industrial Psychologist Intern at Grindrod. Kate holds a MCom in Industrial Psychology, a BPsych Equivalence in Psychometrics and Quantitative Psychology, and various other degrees related to industrial psychology from Stellenbosch University. Additionally, Kate has a degree in Leadership through community interaction from the Frederik Van Zyl Slabbert Institute for Student Leadership Development.
