Amitabh Bhadauria

Amitabh Bhadauria has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership positions in different companies. Amitabh is currently serving as the Vice President Human Resources at TripFactory.com since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Accolades Loyalty as AVP HR for almost 9 years, from April 2012 to December 2020. Before that, they worked as the Regional Manager HR at HDB Financial Services Ltd. from November 2008 to October 2010. Amitabh also served as the Senior Human Resources Manager at ICICIdirect from October 2007 to October 2008, and as the Human Resources Manager at Aviva India from February 2005 to September 2007.

Amitabh Bhadauria completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Mumbai. Amitabh attended the university from 1998 to 2000.
