Claudia Ferrari

Claudia Ferrari has over 20 years of work experience in the tourism industry. Claudia currently works as a Chile Commercial Representative for Nexus Turismo Latam and TripFactory.com, where they are responsible for product development, sales, and the implementation of innovative commercial solutions. Previously, they served as the Jefe Agencias y Nuevos Negocios for Navimag Ferries, activating and developing the agency sales channel and seeking new business opportunities. Claudia also worked as a Market Manager Latam for ADSMUNDO, coordinating marketing activities in Latin America. Claudia has extensive experience in international tourism promotion, having held positions such as Jefe Mercados/Encargada Mercado Norteamérica y Asia Pacífico for the Servicio Nacional de Turismo, where they were responsible for promoting Chile as a tourist destination in North America and the Asia Pacific region. Claudia has also worked for Turismo Chile in various roles, including Jefe Alianzas Estratégicas, Project Manager Ferias y Eventos, and Asesoría en Departamento de Socios-Project Manager Depto. Socios/Product Manager Eventos Nacionales. Additionally, Claudia has experience as a Docente at DUOC UC and provided advisory services for promotion projects at the Corporación de Promoción Turística de Chile.

Claudia Ferrari completed their education from 1991 to 1996 at Duoc UC, where they obtained a degree in Administración en Turismo, Mención en Preparación y Evaluación de Proyectos with a field of study in Administración Empresas Turísticas. In addition, Claudia obtained a certification in Fundamentos de Marketing Digital in June 2020 from Google.
