Martin Poetz has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Martin has worked as the Head of CRM at both Triple A Internetshops GmbH and FREE NOW. Prior to that, they worked at Audible as the EU Marketing Operations Lead. Martin also held multiple positions at Audible.co.uk, including Director Customer Engagement, Senior Customer Engagement Manager, Customer Engagement Manager, and Email Marketing Manager. Before that, they worked as a Direct Marketing Campaign Manager at Boden and as a Programme Manager at e-Dialog. Martin also has experience as an Owner of their own business, Martin Poetz e.U. Martin previously worked as a CLM Campaign Manager at UPC Austria, a Project Manager for Internet Portals at Online Media GmbH, and in CRM Campaign Management at Microsoft.

Martin Poetz attended FHWien der WKW from 2005 to 2009, where they completed a degree in Corporate Communications, earning the title of Mag. (FH).
