Uday Phadke

Uday Phadke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and innovation within the science, technology, and business sectors. Currently serving as a Non Executive Board Member at Stevenage Bioscience Catalyst and Co-founder & CEO of Triple Chasm, Uday also holds a Board Member position at The Research and Development Society, focusing on industrial strategy and technology-enabled growth. As Chairman of AcceleratorIndia Limited and Owner of Cartezia, Uday has demonstrated a commitment to driving advancements in various industries. Previous roles include Entrepreneur in Residence at CfEL and Group Director at Generics (now Sagentia), with foundational experience as Director of IT & Telecoms at PA Consulting Group. Uday is equipped with a MA in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and a PhD in Aero-thermodynamics from the University of Sussex.
