Mike Bausano

Mike Bausano has over 10 years of work experience in the recruiting and consulting industry. Mike is currently the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Triple E Partners, a specialized recruiting firm. In this role, Mike is dedicated to fulfilling the customer's recruitment needs. Prior to their current position, Mike worked at Robert Half International as a Division Director, Consulting Services from 2007 to 2009. Mike also worked at Cohesion Corp. (formerly PSI Group) as a Resource Manager and Account Executive from 2003 to 2007.

Mike Bausano earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English from Miami University, where they attended from 1998 to 2002. Prior to their time at Miami University, Mike also attended Calumet High School.
