Shafi Noss

Shafi Noss is a seasoned investment professional currently serving as Managing Member at Heartwood Capital Group, which focuses on residential real estate investments in Houston since July 2024. Additionally, Shafi Noss has been a Fund Manager and Principal at Noss Investments since January 2019, overseeing the NI Income Fund I, which specializes in real estate lending and special situations. As an Advisor to a Texas-based family office since August 2022, Shafi Noss provides insights into unique real estate opportunities. Shafi Noss is also a cofounder of M-Entrepreneurship, a chapter of American Mensa dedicated to entrepreneurship, and a member of the Triple Nine Society. Earlier experience includes volunteering in Japan with WWOOF from 2014 to 2015, focusing on language immersion and agricultural work.
