Jack Padon is a professional with extensive experience in development management and project planning in the renewable energy and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Development at Triple Oak Power since February 2023, Jack is responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams in advancing greenfield wind and renewable projects, as well as preparing essential project documentation. Previously, as a Mercy Missionary with St. John Society, Jack addressed homelessness in Portland through community outreach and leadership. Jack's background also includes significant roles at Daimler Trucks North America, where a $20M truck development project was successfully managed, and positions at Portland General Electric and the University of Portland, focusing on engineering innovations and social innovation opportunities. Jack holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Portland, earned in 2019.
