Sahana R W. is an experienced professional in the renewable energy and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Executive Director of Operations at Ecos Energy, LLC since December 2021, where the focus is on developing and operating distributed generation solar projects across the United States. Sahana also holds the position of Founder and CEO at SDC and serves as President and Board Member at LBDA since December 2011. Prior to these roles, Sahana worked at Power Factors as a SCADA Implementation Engineer from January 2017 to November 2021, contributing to software development for renewable energy transition. Earlier career experiences include serving as an Electrical Engineer at L3 Technologies and as a Project Manager at Ontario Power Generation. Sahana holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Ryerson University, alongside education from Harvard Extension School and the University of Toronto.
