Jenna McWilliam

Head of Organisational Development at Triple P International Pty Ltd (Positive Parenting Program)

Jenna McWilliam has had a diverse range of work experience. Jenna began their career as a Research Assistant at The University of Queensland in 2005. Jenna then moved on to work as a Human Resources Consultant at Triple P International Pty Ltd in 2006. In 2007, Jenna joined Hudson Global Resources as an Associate Consultant, focusing on Talent Management. Jenna later returned to Triple P International in 2007 and took on the role of Head of Human Resources. Jenna then progressed to become the Head of Training Coordination in 2009 and eventually became the Head of Organizational Development in 2012. Throughout their career, Jenna has been dedicated to creating global social change through evidence-based parenting and building stronger family relationships.

Jenna McWilliam completed their education in psychology with a focus on organizational psychology. Jenna obtained a Bachelor of Psychological Science with Honours from The University of Queensland, graduating in 2005. Following this, they attended the same university from 2006 to 2008, where they earned a Master's degree in Organisational Psychology. Finally, from 2010 to 2017, Jenna pursued their Doctor of Psychology (Organisational) degree at Griffith University. Throughout their educational journey, Jenna specialized in the field of Organisational Psychology.
