Chun Lau is an accomplished Product Manager with extensive experience in the gaming industry, currently working at Tripledot Studios since June 2022, leading the product for Woodoku and serving as Product Lead for Solitaire Fortune. Responsibilities include collaboration with user acquisition to achieve ROAS goals, roadmap planning, and UI/UX redesign efforts that significantly improved payer retention. Previously, Chun held positions at Antstream Arcade and Viker, introducing data-driven approaches and live-ops while overseeing multiple projects and game economies. Earlier career experience includes substantial contributions to Product Madness as an Associate Product Manager and Graduate Product Manager, managing high-revenue applications and optimizing game features through data analysis and A/B testing.
