Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, focusing on innovation projects and providing mentorship in the tech sector. Roon founded managination in 2005 to enhance the software development landscape, emphasizing a dynamic and reliable development process. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where efforts were directed at advancing decentralized technologies and secure IoT communication. As a board member and advisor across several organizations, including Share&Charge and IIB Council, Roon has contributed to the strategic implementation of blockchain solutions. Roon holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has completed advanced studies in Fintech at MIT.
