Danielle Fersel currently serves as the Senior Manager of People Operations and Total Rewards at TripleLift, a position held since March 2021, after previously working as a People Operations Manager within the same company. Prior to TripleLift, Danielle Fersel gained experience as a Human Resources Analyst at Vince from September 2018 to March 2021 and held various roles in talent acquisition and human resources at Weber Shandwick, Sabon NYC, Zeta Interactive, and other organizations. Danielle Fersel's academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Yeshiva University.
