Michael Ronn

Michael Ronn has an extensive work experience in the healthcare sector. Michael started their career as a Pharmacy Practice Resident at Womack Army Medical Center in 2012. Following that, they held various leadership roles, including Deputy Commander, Administration at Andrew Rader U.S. Army Health Clinic, Deputy Commander for Administration at Ft Lee MEDDAC/ Kenner Army Health Clinic, and Chief of Pharmacy Services at Ft. Meade MEDDAC/Kimbrough ACC. In 2017, they became the Commander of USAMEDDAC Fort Huachuca/RW Bliss Army Health Center. Michael then served as the Chief of Department of Pharmacy at Defense Health Agency, Executive Officer at US Army Deputy Surgeon General, and Commander at SHAPE and Brussels Healthcare Facilities. Currently, they are the Commander/Director (CEO) at Tripler Army Medical Center, a position they have held since 2023.

Michael Ronn's education history includes obtaining a Master of Strategic Studies from The United States Army War College from 2019 to 2021, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Military and Strategic Leadership from Trident University International from 2009 to 2013, and a PharmD from Mercer University from 1997 to 2001. Michael also completed Pre-Pharmacy Studies at Valdosta State University from 1994 to 1997. In terms of certifications, they became a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) in 2019 and obtained the Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) certification from the Board of Pharmacy Specialties in December 2013.
