Ramon Pagan, CHTM, has extensive experience in healthcare technology management. Ramon served as the Director of Healthcare Technology Management at Tripler Army Medical Center, where they were responsible for equipment life cycle management, property accountability, and the execution of capital equipment modernization programs. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief of Equipment Management Branch at both Defense Health Agency and Madigan Army Medical Center. In these roles, they oversaw equipment life cycle management, property accountability, and the execution of capital equipment modernization programs.

Ramon Pagan, CHTM, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Project Management from Columbia Southern University. Ramon has also obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) from the International Six Sigma Institute™ in 2021, Certified Healthcare Technology Manager (CHTM) from AAMI in 2017, Demonstrated Master Logistician from SOLE-The International Society of Logistics in 2017, Certified Radiology Equipment Specialist from AAMI in 2012, and Certified Biomencal Equipment Technician from AAMI in 2011.
