Robin Geys

Robin Geys is a highly experienced professional in the field of bioprocess development, currently serving as a Senior Specialist at TripleW since September 2024. Prior to this role, Robin held the position of Manufacturing Technology Manager at ENOUGH from February 2022 to August 2024, where responsibilities included coaching a team and executing development plans to enhance mycoprotein production. Between April 2017 and February 2022, Robin was Team Lead for Process Development at Biotalys NV, overseeing microbial production for various R&D projects and managing teams for upstream and downstream processing, along with optimizing fermentation processes. Earlier in career, Robin served as a Senior Researcher in Manufacturing at Biotalys NV, focusing on fermentation laboratory setup and upstream development of AGROBODY™ production. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Bioscience Engineering: Industrial Microbiology from Ghent University, alongside a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Bioscience Engineering: Cell and Gene Biotechnology from Ghent University and the University of Antwerp, respectively.
