Victor Manuel Gonzalez Benites is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in the technology and distribution sectors. Currently serving as Sales Leader for Tripp Lite by Eaton since July 2022, Victor has held various positions at Tripp Lite since October 2003, advancing from Territory Manager for Peru, Bolivia, and Paraguay to Country Manager for Peru and Bolivia. Victor has been instrumental in introducing three-phase UPS lines and repositioning Tripp Lite as a comprehensive solutions provider for data centers over the last decade. Prior experience includes roles as Product Manager for Symantec at Nexsys Perú, Country Manager for The Flexline Company, Product Manager for HP at Ingram Micro, and Channel Executive at Xerox del Peru, alongside a sales leadership position at Electronica de los Andes. An education background includes a diploma in Marketing from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a technical degree in International Business Administration from Instituto ADEX.
