Shita Andriani

Shita Andriani has accumulated significant experience in human resources and related fields, currently serving as a Human Resources Assistant at Tripper since December 2021. Previous roles include Human Resources Administrator at Sheraton Belitung Resort from October 2019 to July 2020, and various positions in sales and marketing at Royal Ambarrukmo Yogyakarta between September 2016 and May 2018. Shita began a career in the hospitality industry as a Management Trainee at P.T Royalindo Expoduta in 2014 and worked as a Monthly Surveyor for Angkasa Pura I, focusing on airport facilities and services. Additionally, Shita gained experience as a Human Resources Trainee at Mercure Bali Nusa Dua in 2013. Shita holds a degree in Management of Tourism from Politeknik Pariwisata Bali, obtained in 2016.
