Melanie Petri

Melanie Petri serves as the Head of HR & Legal and Prokuristin at TRIPS GmbH since January 2014, bringing extensive legal expertise to the company. Prior to this role, Melanie was a Syndikusrechtsanwältin and Prokuristin. From May 2008 to December 2013, Melanie worked at Kanzlei Jakoby Dr. Baumhof as a Rechtsanwältin and Fachanwältin for labor, commercial, and corporate law, focusing on providing legal counsel to international companies in machinery and plant engineering, drafting international contracts, and litigation. Earlier experience includes a position at dhpg from February 2005 to June 2007 as a Rechtsanwältin, where Melanie led the international claims management department, specializing in insolvency law and litigation. Melanie holds both the 1st and 2nd State Examination in law from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz.
